At Mesiniaga Berhad, I redesigned SmartDesk’s hardcoded SLA engine into a configurable, rule-driven system supporting hundreds of definitions. I also built scheduling features that account for working hours, holidays, and time zones.
For SmartDesk, I implemented custom role-based access control and authentication, and optimized complex PostgreSQL queries to reduce paginated API response times from approximately 5–6 seconds to 1–2 seconds. I also moved Excel ticket exports into Celery background jobs.
I designed the Django backend and database for Keeping Our Promise, and collaborated on an AI-powered recruitment system using semantic retrieval and hybrid ranking. Outside work, I independently built SejukSejuk, a Django, React, and TypeScript application for service operations management.
