I’m a detail-oriented medical billing and management professional with 6.3 years of experience, focused on delivering accurate, timely claim processing and stronger operational outcomes. I’m currently working as a Senior Account Manager with an MTBC Carecloud (US based) environment, where quality and compliance are non-negotiable.

In my senior role, I prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure quality, timeliness, and accuracy throughout the billing process. I handle call-related activities, assist the team in resolving complex claims, and conduct random audits of follow-up and billing processes.

I also implement and ensure compliance with MTBC Information Security policies, and I manage the team by resolving internal issues effectively. Previously, as an Account Manager (2019–2024), I managed demographics entry, charge entry, payment posting, and AR (Accounts Receivable) follow-up.

That same period strengthened my claims workflow end-to-end: submitting electronic and paper claims, filing appeals when necessary, analyzing patient records under insurance rules, and resolving billing issues raised by payers and patients. I review claim denials and payer requirements to initiate corrective actions, respond promptly to inquiries, maintain accurate records, and work fluently with US insurance portals and tools like WebSoft, FACT Soft, Carecloud Soft, Talk EHR, EMR, and Change Healthcare.
