Muhammad Faraz

I've taught business, supply chain management, organizational behavior, human resource management, and industrial and organizational psychology at Bahria University Karachi Campus since 2008. I also contribute through curriculum development, course coordination, academic mentoring, research supervision, and university-industry linkage initiatives.

My responsible-sourcing work includes conducting ethical and social-compliance audits for CHF Industries, Steve & Barry's, and Walmart Global Procurement. I've advised on labor standards, remediation plans, supplier improvement, occupational health and safety, and HR practices across international supply chains.

I'm completing a PhD in Management focused on Supply Chain Management, with pre-defense completed. My research spans business ethics, social media and family quality time, sustainable tech entrepreneurship, and green innovation.

I'm prepared to apply my academic and industry background to AI training and evaluation, assessing responses for conceptual accuracy, reasoning quality, evidence, completeness, and clarity.
