For a Premier Insurance Limited comparative WACC analysis, I led a five-year CAPM-based study using KSE-100 and PSX return data. I calculated annual beta with the COV/VAR method, identified a zero-debt capital structure, and examined value erosion linked to SBP policy-rate cycles and a beta surge.

I also conducted a six-phase analytics investigation of 25 years of PIA operational data using pandas, NumPy, Seaborn, statsmodels, and sklearn. My analysis confirmed operating expenses as the primary loss driver and used Holt-Winters forecasting to project revenue and passenger demand through 2027.
