At RDX Sports, I recovered over £50,000 through freight and parcel claims across 20+ courier and 3PL partners. I gathered evidence, drafted disputes and worked through escalations to pursue reimbursement.
I co-founded Mett Global and built its service offering and operating processes, while leading client outreach and coordinating delivery. I use AI in company operations, testing tools for automation, research, content and reporting.
