What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities in human resources, system procedure, procurement, supply chain management, industrial management, or related fields where I can apply strategic planning, project management, coordination, and analytical problem-solving.

I'm improving operational controls at PT Puninar Jaya by delivering fraud-risk education, conducting risk assessments and surprise audits, and following whistleblowing reports through resolution.

Previously at GIAS Group, I evaluated SOP compliance, audited branch operations and warehouse stock opname, analyzed departmental performance, and gathered audit evidence for nonconformities. In System & Organization Development, I created SOPs, forms, and work instructions, supported ISO 9001:2015 requirements, resolved audit findings, and updated ERP approval workflows.

I'm an Industrial Engineering graduate from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia with experience in organizational development, productivity analysis, laboratory instruction, coordination, and finance management. I'm interested in applying strategic planning, project management, systems thinking, and analytical problem-solving across operations-focused roles.
