What I'm looking for

I'm looking for community or program management opportunities where I can grow engaged communities, deliver mentorship and event programs, and use structured digital engagement to improve member experience and growth.

I've grown and managed communities at Konseye, Edusproute, and Kuagi Resources, using mentorship programming, events, and digital engagement to strengthen participation. At Edusproute, I drove 450% community growth and launched focused sub-groups, fun channels, and three weekly activities.

At Konseye, I planned and moderated a two-day global summit for 250+ participants across 10+ countries, while increasing LinkedIn followers by 40%. I also improved mentorship session coordination through strategic matching, visual templates, cross-time-zone scheduling, and Discourse moderation.

At Kuagi Resources, I increased community interaction by 45% and member engagement by 55% through social campaigns, hybrid workshops, and community-building initiatives.
