At RSM International, I managed and executed statutory external audits, internal audits, interim reviews, compliance audits, and special assignments across a diverse client portfolio.
I conducted audits from planning to finalization in the financial and manufacturing sectors. I also supervised a six-member team on client audits, including audits of public interest entities.
For a Non-Profit Organization, I designed and implemented key internal controls to strengthen its control framework and operational efficiency.
I developed engagement project plans to support timely audit completion, and analyzed training needs for new team members while reviewing their work. My qualifications include Certified in Accounting & Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, and ongoing ACCA studies.
