I’m looking for a Human Resources role where I can build an employee-oriented culture, strengthen recruitment and workforce planning, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to quality and continuous improvement through employee empowerment.

I’m a practical, results-driven Human Resources officer focused on development of a competent workforce and an employee-oriented company culture. I emphasize employee empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and high work performance.

In my Human Resource Assistant role at One-way Cleaning Services Limited, I was responsible for 922 staff across different stations and counties, with Nairobi (566), Kiambu (156), and Muranga (200). I handled recruitment and selection, interviewed, hired, and trained stewards, team leaders, and supervisors under tight deadlines.

I also supported day-to-day workforce operations through leave schedule maintenance and allocation, payroll processing (salaries due and statutory deductions), and advising management on current Labor Laws and regulations to ensure adherence. I managed union-organization relations, resolved conflicts between employees and clients, and negotiated out of court settlement rather than litigation.

Before that, as an Administration Officer at Panoramic Solutions Kenya Limited, I supported overseas recruitment and logistics—conducting recruitment and selection, interviewing, hiring, and training, and following up passport processing with the immigration department. I also coordinated visa processing appointments and director scheduling, while processing salaries and tax deductions.
