Mueed Aayan

I am a BS Zoology graduate with hands-on laboratory experience and a focus on veterinary microbiology and vaccinology. I currently work as a laboratory technician and have contributed to vaccine research published in a peer-reviewed journal.

My work includes nanoparticle-adjuvanted vaccine research demonstrating enhanced immune protection in animal models, plus ongoing projects identifying pathogenic Clostridium perfringens and studying gene regulation.

I have completed numerous relevant short courses in drug discovery, drug development, physiology, and neuroscience, and I am currently studying bacterial bioinformatics, antimicrobial resistance, virology and vaccinology, and cancer biology.

I seek to apply my laboratory skills, research experience, and interdisciplinary training to roles in diagnostics, vaccine development, or applied microbiology within collaborative teams that value scientific rigor and translational impact.
