As Team lead operations, I assigned daily targets across billing, coding, and A/R teams, monitored claim submissions, payment postings, and denial management workflows to prevent backlog, and accelerated cash flow by managing aging A/R buckets. I analyzed claim rejection and denial patterns, developed strategies to fix front-end errors, directed successful appeal workflows, and ran regular quality audits to maintain clean claim rates while ensuring outstanding balances were actively pursued.
