As an Operations Assistant at Destinavia, I managed booking and reservation data in a spreadsheet-based system. I kept records current for operational reporting and flagged discrepancies to prevent downstream errors.

For my E-Commerce Business Analytics Project, I built an analytics pipeline in Python and PostgreSQL to clean, structure, and query transaction data. I also analyzed the data with SQL and Python and produced a written report of business findings and trends.
