At Tata Consultancy Services, I monitor enterprise data center and campus network infrastructure through live dashboards, improving observability and supporting faster incident resolution.

I own the end-to-end ServiceNow incident lifecycle, from ticket creation and triage to routing resolver groups. Through root-cause analysis and a knowledge base of failure patterns, I help reduce repeat incidents and lower MTTR.

I built Python and Playwright automation that extracts ServiceNow data, generates formatted Excel reports, and dispatches them through SMTP. I containerized the application with Docker and automated scheduled multi-architecture runs using GitHub Actions, Docker Buildx, and QEMU, eliminating a recurring six-hour manual reporting process.

I also build data-focused tools, including a Power BI certificate-expiry dashboard and a Java/MySQL library management portal, with a focus on reliable automation, secure data handling, and actionable operational insights.
