I’m an experienced, highly organized IT Manager with over more than 10 years’ experience, combining strong leadership with deep technical capability. I bring high proficiency in software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, UI/UX, IT consultancy, project management, infrastructure management, and IT support and maintenance.

In my current role, I gather and analyse project requirements and manage them appropriately across the group, while also driving business development and strategy. I collaborate with technical teams during application designing and development to review needs and propose effective technical solutions, ensuring high quality and improved performance of applications and systems through strategic and technical support.

I’m results oriented and attentive to detail, and I handle several projects at the same time while maintaining strong analytical discipline. I also assess end-user documentation, recommend changes, develop new solutions, and provide effective training—creating user manuals, reports, and insights to help users get measurable value.

Earlier in my career, I built and maintained web and Windows-based applications and developed test scripts for unit and integration testing, coding new functionalities as needed. I’ve also delivered real-world systems such as fingerprint-based solutions for tills, built customer support platforms for messaging ecosystems, and worked on mobile and community media software enhancements—always with a focus on practical usability and reliable delivery.
