I’m a dedicated Crop Scout with 2 years of experience in crop monitoring, pest diagnosis, and field data collection. With a B.Sc. in Agriculture and pesticide application certification, I’m committed to improving crop health and supporting productive farming operations.

In my Crop Scout & Assistant of Crop Specialist role, I conducted field inspections to assess crop conditions—checking for pests, diseases, and weeds, and evaluating plant health and growth patterns. I diagnosed pest infestations and plant diseases, recording symptoms and severity to inform management decisions and guide treatment strategies.

I compiled and recorded essential data on crop performance, pest populations, and environmental factors, then delivered comprehensive reports to farmers and agronomists. I monitored weather conditions, advised on optimal pest control and disease management strategies, and supported crop management best practices like irrigation, fertilization, and planting techniques.

I also bring data-handling discipline from working as a Census Enumerator at Statistics Canada, where I conducted field visits, maintained accurate records, and followed strict confidentiality procedures. Alongside that experience, I’ve built a strong foundation in customer service, health and safety compliance, and continuous learning.
