I’m a Data Analyst with 3 years of experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau, focused on turning complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights. I specialize in data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and dashboard development that support data-driven decision-making.

In my current role as a Data Science Technical Mentor, I deliver industry-aligned training on Python, SQL, and data analytics using real-world datasets. I design analytics case studies and guide learners through data cleaning, EDA, and visualization techniques for business scenarios.

Previously, I’ve delivered both analytics and product work: I interned building a CRM application and implemented automation features like task tracking and live chat. Alongside that, I performed data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory analysis on customer datasets and built predictive models to support customer acquisition and marketing decisions.

My projects include customer churn prediction and a Power BI analytics dashboard analyzing 50,000+ records with SQL and Python, plus e-commerce sales forecasting using ARIMA and Prophet and sentiment analysis on 10,000+ reviews visualized in Tableau. I also worked on a medical image classification system, applying machine learning with preprocessing and model evaluation for diagnostic decision assistance.
