-Analyze and troubleshoot the inconsistencies found in the invoices available in the system.
-Sort, distribute, and promptly resolve incoming email inquiries from agencies and SSC (the United Kingdom & Belgium). At dawn, I was the main point of contact in charge of helping my peers from the UK with any questions or requests they might have aside from my responsibilities.

-Analyze and troubleshoot the inconsistencies found in the invoices available in the system.
-Sort, distribute, and promptly resolve incoming email inquiries from agencies and NYSS or Canada.
-Manage all special handling for vendors’ payments requested from the agencies.

-Create and maintain the master database records (who payments may be issued to, taxpayer ID) from a common queue.
-Review information from the pre-established template, from invoices presented and/ or templates provided directly by the vendor or BU/ Re: Sources contact.
-Resolve keying issues along with the senior analyst/ supervisor and establish an action plan to avoid reappearance.

-Get the image from Sapphire and check the Metadata matches the invoice. Otherwise, make any necessary changes.
-Process production and agency vouchers, T&E’s as well as PO vouchers into payable data entry system (PRISM).
-Run the voucher register report to execute the daily peer review.
-Make sure the co-worker fix errors that were found during peer review.
