I've led end-to-end planning and execution for an Online Lost & Found System, coordinating a five-member software team across 15 milestones in a 2.5-month timeline. I tracked planned versus actual delivery and used an incremental process model to deliver core features early while refining requirements through feedback.

I'm focused on stakeholder coordination, timeline management, risk mitigation, and resource prioritization. As Media Head for the Computer Science Society at Rajdhani College, I managed digital content strategy, social media outreach, and visual communication for technical events.
