I’m an Associate Level 3 focused on Global Mobility and International Payroll, supporting international assignments, relocations, and transfers in compliance with global mobility policies. I coordinate with immigration, tax advisors, and relocation agencies to keep cross-border processes accurate and on time.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end payroll operations for assigned MENA, APAC, and EMEA countries, including payroll inputs for new hires, terminations, variable payments, and statutory adjustments. I create and deliver payroll instructions to local payrolls before deadlines, run payroll reconciliations, and ensure issue-free sign-offs.

Before this, I worked as a Tax Analyst at EY GDS (Bangalore), collaborating with the U.S. Global Compliance Service Team as a Global Compliance Officer (GCO) for international offices. I handled assignee authorizations, Global Business Travel (GBT), billing processes, risk gap monitoring, and IRS inquiry support, while preparing U.S. tax returns (Form 1040) and related informational forms.

Earlier, I completed a Finance Analyst internship at CGI Information Technology Limited, strengthening my financial analysis foundation with expertise in mutual funds, hedge funds, and alternative investment strategies. I bring strong Excel/Power BI and reporting skills, and I thrive in a demanding, responsible environment where I can contribute and build a long-term career.
