I prepare Australian individual income tax returns for globally mobile employees at EY Global Delivery Services, supporting Global Mobility Tax compliance engagements.
I review taxpayer questionnaires, ATO prefilling reports, payroll data, and financial documents to assess tax residency and compliance requirements. I use Access Tax and Excel-based working papers to reconcile compensation, Employee Share Scheme income, interest, dividends, and foreign income.
I prepare Foreign Income Tax Offset and Capital Gains Tax calculations, while supporting tax equalization and tax allocation work based on client mobility policies. I also identify missing information and prepare requests for reviewer and client follow-up.
Alongside my work, I'm a CIMA Strategic Level candidate with 15 of 16 exams completed and a B.Com in Risk Management. I'm interested in FP&A and strategic finance, building on my analytical financial review and compliance experience.
