I'm coordinating electromechanical, water, and Solar PV projects at KREDO SAL for clients including UNOPS, UNICEF, Chemonics, and DAI. I prepare feasibility studies, technical documentation, progress reports, and deliverables while aligning consultants, designers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Previously, I drove Lean implementation and continuous improvement on Boom Construction Company's $134 million roads and infrastructure project in Qatar, using KPIs, root-cause analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and cross-functional planning to improve execution. I also supervised drainage, utility, and road works as a Site Engineer, with responsibility for schedules, quality control, safety, and daily site progress.
