What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to influence policy and promote democratic governance.

I am currently a PhD candidate in Politics at Freie Universität Berlin, where I focus on governance transitions and democratic accountability in Botswana. My academic journey has been enriched by a Master of Politics & International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Political Studies and Public Administration from the University of Botswana. I have engaged in various research projects, including a comparative analysis of party systems in dominant-party democracies and the implications of Sino-Botswana trade relations.

Throughout my career, I have held several impactful roles, such as a Research Fellow and Government Whip in the Model Parliament. My experience includes consulting for Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, where I contributed to research on solidarity economies and public transport needs in Gaborone. I have also been a freelance columnist, sharing insights on political issues through various media platforms. My commitment to promoting democratic values and social justice drives my work, and I am eager to continue making a difference in the political landscape.
