I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with IT from Maseno University and a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education with a Mean Grade B+ from Mkungi Secondary School. My primary experience lies in transcription and editing, where I have honed my skills in medical, legal, and general transcription, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.

Professionally, I have served as a Medical, Legal, and General Transcriptionist at GoTranscript since June 2020 and as an Online Editor at Mwangaza Company Limited since January 2018. Additionally, I have experience as a Computer Maintenance Assistant and a Registration Assistant, which has equipped me with a diverse skill set applicable to various roles.

I am proficient in transcription software, Microsoft Office Suite, and SPSS, with strong research and communication skills. I am fluent in both English and Kiswahili. My leadership experience includes founding and chairing The Compassions of Maseno University and Apex Solutions, an IT-based organization focused on online surveys and data analysis.
