What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a return to enterprise IT support where I can resolve incidents, manage SLA-driven ticket queues, strengthen security skills, and grow with current tools such as ServiceNow, Azure, Active Directory, and ITIL.

I've supported enterprise IT operations at NTT DATA Services, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Fujitsu Network Communications, resolving incidents and service requests in SLA-driven environments.

At NTT DATA Services, I managed 30–50+ daily tickets through BMC Remedy, monitored more than 100 servers and network devices, and performed server builds, OS patching, firmware upgrades, and IP/DNS provisioning. I documented troubleshooting, coordinated vendors, and escalated issues to Tier 3 when needed.

At HPE, I provided Tier 1 support for Federal Reserve infrastructure under ITIL processes, handling account updates, password resets, system alerts, remote access, and escalation coordination in a compliance-heavy environment.

I'm returning to IT with renewed focus, actively preparing for CompTIA Security+ and reviewing Azure fundamentals, Active Directory administration, ITIL 4, and ServiceNow workflows.
