I’m looking for an operations and analytics role where I can apply SQL/Excel reporting, manage inventory and reconciliation, negotiate pricing, and partner cross-functionally to reduce arbitration risk, improve accuracy, and streamline workflows.

I’m an Inventory Specialist who turns large-scale inventory data into better purchasing decisions, tighter workflows, and measurable savings. I analyze and evaluate inventory management systems and auction platforms to support weekly purchases of 40+ vehicles while keeping operational accuracy front and center.

Using data analytics across 12,000+ monthly vehicle listings, I identify high-value purchasing opportunities and improve how teams select and execute buys. I also run same-day financial reconciliation and invoice retrieval to support tracking and compliance.

I collaborate closely with Repair Centers, Logistics, and Arbitration teams to keep inventory flow seamless and resolve operational issues quickly. My results include being the Number 1 performer out of 75 buyers in Q4 2025 for purchasing accuracy and repair estimates, plus saving $300,000 on purchases from auction live bidding and negotiating offers in Q4 2025.

Earlier in my career, I built a strong reporting and compliance foundation as a Commercial Enrollment Coordinator, generating analytical reports using SQL for utility pricing and outstanding receivables while analyzing commercial contracts for accuracy. As an Account Manager, I managed 300+ customer renewals through Excel-based rate negotiations, trained new employees, developed SOPs, and facilitated a transfer of 2,000+ accounts into a new system during an acquisition.
