What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply research, evaluation, and behavioral science to cross-sector work that strengthens public systems, advances health equity, and improves outcomes for communities.

At Wellspring Family Services, I manage 60+ public and private grants and contracts supporting more than $3 million annually for housing stability, homelessness prevention, and family support. I turn research, community needs, public data, and organizational outcomes into funding strategies, reports, and recommendations for leaders, funders, and partners.

My work brings together applied research, behavioral science, program evaluation, and systems improvement. I've also supported culturally responsive early learning initiatives at The Imagine Institute and built experience in trauma-informed early childhood and behavioral health settings at Boyer Children’s Clinic and Childhaven.
