I’m a grants management professional supporting global social impact organizations through grantmaking operations, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. I’ve built my work around grants systems administration, compliance leadership, and cross-department collaboration to keep funding initiatives running smoothly and responsibly.

Most recently, I’ve been a Grants Associate at the Open Society Foundations, where I led the Equivalency Determination process and strengthened the relationship with NGOSource for a team of 45. I also administered grant systems (GrantSmith and Foundation Connect) for 200+ grants and worked across grants management and grants programs to support operational consistency.

Previously at Comic Relief US, I managed the grants management system (Foundant) to improve tracking and operational efficiency, executed annual grant payments, and supported grant agreements for 45+ grants totaling $20 million. Earlier in my career, I coordinated MEL work and facilitated caregiver support programming, and I also brought case-planning and legal referral structuring experience from my social work roles—skills that translate directly into thoughtful, impact-focused grant operations.
