What I'm looking for

I’m particularly interested in building simple, reliable financial products that solve real customer problems.

At Zembo Mobility, I architected, developed, and deployed Zembo Agent V2, a Jetpack Compose Android app for battery-swapping operations. I cut the app size from approximately 120 MB to 53 MB and designed workflows to keep critical operations running through unreliable connectivity.

At Sendwave, I developed Android features across onboarding, KYC, payments, security, and experimentation. I helped maintain a 99.97% crash-free user experience and contributed to a Kotlin Multiplatform analytics layer shared between Android and iOS.

At Equity Bank Group, I led Android development within a multidisciplinary team working on agency banking and point-of-sale applications. Earlier, at Brisk Marketing / Hokela, I led mobile implementation for constrained environments and reduced an application’s size to approximately 10 MB.

I also built SwapIt, an EV battery-swapping and charging station discovery platform for Kenya, spanning its mobile app, backend API, and web dashboard. I’m particularly interested in building simple, reliable financial products that solve real customer problems.
