At Peatix Japan, I run customer acceptance testing for an event ticketing and discovery platform across web, Android, iOS, and mobile browsers. I take features from acceptance-criteria analysis through scenario writing, execution, defect reporting, fix confirmation, and release validation.

I owned QA for the Group Page Revamp for more than six months and verified 38 transactional email notifications in Japanese and English. I identified and corrected five specification errors, tracing each finding into production code before publishing the corrections internally.

I use Claude Code daily for feature investigation, test planning, Gherkin authoring, and reporting, while verifying every AI-surfaced claim against source code. My investigations have surfaced a password-reset invalidation flaw, an API-migration regression, and a silent email-delivery failure path.

Across Tata Consultancy Services engagements for GE Capital, McKesson, and Sears, I led UAT and release-readiness work, built Java/Selenium automation suites, and automated morning checks across about 10 applications, saving roughly USD 10K annually.
