I’m a QA engineer who operationalizes AI to ship reliable SaaS.
What I'm looking for
I’m a QA engineer with approximately four years of quality assurance for business SaaS products, mission-critical systems, and SaaS products for the insurance industry. I’ve owned the full QA cycle—test analysis, test design, execution, defect reporting, quality metric visualization, and stakeholder reporting—so teams can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Most recently, I joined Wizleap Inc. as the first QA engineer for its in-house insurance SaaS product, serving more than 310,000 registered customers. After the QA lead candidate left, I served as acting QA lead for about four months, introduced acceptance criteria lists to standardize agreement flow, and built a Slack defect-management bot using Cursor and LLMs to automate weekly defect collection—earning the company-wide Rookie Award in my third month.
