At Motherson Automotive Technology & Engineering (MATE), I work on documentation for manufacturing engineering, keeping records organized and preparing documents for new project development and audits.
I also create work instructions and machine check sheets, follow up on purchase requests and material delivery, and monitor inventory. I’ve participated in process improvements through automation, semi-automation, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke.
Previously, I worked as a Trainee in Control & Instrumentation at NTPC Gas Power Station. I supported installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems, including preventive maintenance and calibration.
At NTPC, I monitored plant instruments, checked equipment for operating problems, and worked with communication devices such as RS-485 and Modbus. I also handled documentation using SAP, Excel, and Outlook.
