In my current role, I proactively monitor 30, 60, and 90+ day outstanding claims, contact insurance carriers to expedite payment, and take corrective actions when denial codes appear (CO, PR, OA, PI). I interpret EOBs and ERAs to identify root causes such as COB, Credentialing, and Timely Filing, then support resolution through appeals, corrected claims, or additional documentation.

I’m especially effective at navigating complex payer portals and managing the full billing lifecycle from denial identification to recovery. I’ve maintained 100% HIPAA compliance while processing 1000+ claims per month, and I work to eliminate recurring denial patterns by collaborating with the billing team to address root causes.
