What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an analyst role where I can use data analysis, dashboards, and automation to support data-driven business decisions while continuing to grow my technical and business skills.

I built Excel VBA automation for Microtek International, creating three organizational-chart worksheet layouts and a reusable modular program for accurate report generation.

My projects include an HR analytics dashboard analyzing 1,470 employees and 237 attritions, a Tableau profitability dashboard spanning 50 states, and a Blinkit customer-service study based on 111 surveys. I use Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, SPSS, and visualization to interpret data and support data-driven decisions.

At Accor Plus, I supported WordPress campaign updates, lead tracking in CRM, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and sales communication.
