At the National Bank of Egypt, I managed documentation and execution for an EGP 7 billion SME credit portfolio, processing more than 70 credit files each month while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

I reviewed financial statements and performed credit reassessments for SME clients with annual revenues above EGP 100 million, helping support informed credit decisions. I also collaborated with more than 18 branches and regional credit teams to enable timely approvals and loan disbursements.

I improved credit operations by eliminating non-value-added review procedures and identifying legal, operational, system, and data-quality issues during the rollout of a digital credit-processing platform.
