What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a cloud operations role where I can automate Azure operations, strengthen security and reliability, manage enterprise workloads, and contribute to SLA-focused incident, change, and cost-management practices.

At Getronics, I administer enterprise Azure IaaS and PaaS environments, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Logic Apps, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, VPN Gateway, and Storage Accounts.

I've automated Azure Monitor-to-ServiceNow ticket creation for 500+ monthly alerts and reduced L2 escalations by 20% through Azure Automation Runbooks and PowerShell. I also manage Windows Server and Linux production workloads, backup and disaster recovery validation, and Azure AD/RBAC access controls.

I'm focused on SLA-driven operations, ITIL-aligned incident and change management, vulnerability remediation, and cost optimization through identifying underutilized VMs and orphaned disks.
