At Ford Werke GmbH, I migrated legacy embedded builds to Bazel, authored custom Starlark rules, and reduced compile times from 2 hours to 10–18 minutes. I also architected and deployed BuildBarn Remote Build Execution, from a Docker Compose prototype to a Kubernetes deployment on GCP VMs.
I turned the build system into an intelligence platform for a large C monorepo, combining build artifacts and indexes to provide useful context for AI coding agents. I also designed a multi-project monorepo and its CI/CD workflow, and contributed knowledge-graph tooling and a ClearCase-to-Git migration tool.
