What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own Scan-to-BIM and VDC workflows end-to-end—delivering accurate as-built models, strong QA/QC, clash detection, and scan-to-model verification—while collaborating with clients and teams to reduce rework.

I’m a BIM architect and VDC engineer focused on reality capture workflows that turn laser scans into LOD-based BIM models. I deliver scan-to-BIM and as-built modeling for US-based DPR Construction projects, backed by a Master’s in City Planning (IIT Kharagpur) and a Bachelor’s in Architecture.

In my current role as a Project Engineer — Reality Capture, I own end-to-end delivery from laser-scan registration to QA/QC, targeting accuracy within 5 mm. I’ve delivered 5+ projects using Autodesk Revit, and I run 100+ QA/QC inspections with heat-map and contour analysis, authoring 20+ FF/FL reports.

I also strengthen construction outcomes through clash detection and scan-to-model verification. Using Navisworks, Revizto, and related tools, I’ve identified and resolved 2,000+ multidisciplinary clashes and reconciled 2,000+ deviations across 10+ projects—while coordinating directly with US-based stakeholders to keep BIM models and documentation on schedule.
