At BIM & GRAFX INTEGRATED STUDIO, I developed BIM models and construction documentation for residential, commercial, and resort projects across the GCC. I worked across architecture, interiors, and façade from conceptual design through IFC.
I led a team of four delivering typical details and casework packages, and coordinated clash detection, design clarifications, RFIs, and spatial planning. I also implemented NRM parameters to support standardized quantity take-offs and cost planning.
At SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS SERVICES & SUPPLIES.PVT.LTD, I led a team of six delivering LOD 400 fabrication-ready shop drawings and IFC packages. I developed architectural, structural, and interiors models, including custom Revit families, and produced working drawings.
My earlier work included preparing AutoCAD floor plans and Revit models at INDIAN ENGINEER ASSOCIATES, and assisting with land surveys and site monitoring at REVENUE DEPARTMENT, TELANGANA. I use Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD for BIM modeling, coordination, and documentation.
