I am a B.Tech student in Computer Science (AI & ML) with hands-on experience building responsive websites and improving workflow through office automation.

As a freelance front-end developer, I designed responsive sites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, built a personal portfolio, and delivered client business websites focused on usability.

In customer support and document control roles, I handled queries, maintained communication records, and improved satisfaction through active problem solving; I am proficient with MS Office, SAP, QuickBooks, and databases like MySQL and Oracle.
