I’m a Procurement Operations Specialist at IBM, supporting enterprise clients through end-to-end procurement operations using SAP S/4 HANA and Sirion. I process and track purchase orders and supplier contracts to ensure 100% SLA compliance, while coordinating with finance, compliance, and vendor teams for timely approvals and reporting.
