At Jayashree Polymer Exports Pvt Ltd, I work across manufacturing IT systems and plant operations. I started on the shop floor in production and quality, then grew through supervision, managerial roles, and plant head positions.
Over 20+ years, I built digital tools to address real production issues, starting with MS Access-based systems and moving to browser-based ERP/MES solutions using PHP, JavaScript, and IndexedDB.
