I built an end-to-end hydroprocessing turnaround planning package in Primavera P6, covering WBS development, activity sequencing, resource and cost loading, and earned-value tracking.

For the TAR_1708 case study, I developed a five-phase schedule across mechanical, E&I, inspection, and testing work scopes with more than 100 activities. I tracked schedule performance at SPI 1.00 and cost performance at CPI 1.10 against a simulated ₹6.9 Cr budget.

Through Synergy School of Business Skills’ Primavera P6 certification program, I applied scheduling, resource allocation, cost control, and WBS development under industry-style constraints. I also produced baseline schedules, S-curves, dashboards, and stakeholder-ready progress reports.

My Electronics and Communication Engineering background brings structured, data-driven problem-solving to project scheduling and controls. I’m looking to contribute to construction, infrastructure, or industrial turnaround projects as a Planning Engineer or Project Controls Trainee.
