At ADNOC Offshore, I supported refurbishment, shutdown, and brownfield projects, developing work breakdown structures and schedules in MS Project. I progressed from administrative responsibilities into planning, scheduling, project controls, and multidisciplinary coordination.
On the UAD WHT-15 Major Refurbishment Campaign, I redesigned the shutdown execution strategy through critical path analysis and resource optimization, reducing the shutdown from 14 days to 5.
For the PW-54 Refurbishment Campaign, I compared productivity between Rope Access Teams and conventional methods, identifying an approximately 20% productivity gain and enabling completion 8 days ahead of schedule.
I also coordinated planning for the Umm Al Dalkh CPC Brownfield Project across five concurrent scopes, balancing manpower, SIMOPS, and production constraints. During manpower shortages, I served as Acting Planning Engineer while retaining my Barge Administrator duties.
