What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a planning/project controls role where I can own schedules, cost visibility, and risk-driven monitoring—using Primavera P6 and MS Project to deliver projects within strict timelines and budget, while collaborating closely with stakeholders.

I oversee construction planning and project controls from inception to completion, building comprehensive baseline schedules and translating progress into clear cost control and MIS reporting. I coordinate across internal and external stakeholders to streamline execution, mitigate delays, and keep cross-functional alignment focused on high-quality delivery.

From my experience at Reliance Industries, I developed and maintained schedules with revisions to S curves, WPRs, management MIS, and delay analysis (EOT), using Primavera P6 to update actuals and flag critical actions. I also delivered shutdown projects ahead of schedule by an average of 11%, while managing workforce databases and manpower trend/productivity analysis.
