I'm seeking a fully remote senior backend or tech-lead role with an async-friendly distributed team, where I can own problems end-to-end and build scalable Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and event-driven systems.

At Enhancesys Technologies, I lead a four-engineer team building S-NOC, a centralized sales, distribution, and supply-chain platform for international telecom operators. I led its migration from a monolith to containerized Spring Boot microservices, increasing transaction throughput by 25% and reducing infrastructure costs by 20%.

I also migrated the messaging backbone from ActiveMQ to Kafka, increasing event-pipeline throughput from 250K to 350K transactions per day.
