At Orange Business Services, I designed and built a production agentic AI platform that cut daily advisory triage from two hours to about a minute, saving ~500 analyst hours a year. It processes CERT advisories, validates extracted information, matches advisories to customer assets, and routes them to the owning teams.
I also designed and built a production RAG solution for complex technical PDFs, including multi-page tables. It answers questions and generates first-draft HLD/LLD design documents, with the retrieval approach, hosting, infrastructure, and cost-performance design included.
At Infogain India Private Limited, I led delivery of client automation engagements and delivered 25+ automations using Excel VBA, VBScript, and PowerQuery, saving an estimated 400+ hours of manual work per month. I also authored solution and process design documents for client sign-off and handover.
