I’m seeking a challenging role where I can contribute my financial expertise to a mission-driven organization—leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while strengthening IFRS compliance, financial controls, and accountability.

I’m a finance professional with over 9 years of experience managing finance and accounting functions within international non-profit organizations. I’ve built a track record of strengthening fiscal responsibility and accountability through sound financial practices.

In my current role as Finance Lead, I report directly to the CEO on all financial management and reporting matters. I lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Finance, HR, and Admin & Procurement, overseeing financial management for a portfolio valued up to $10M.

I drive budgeting, reforecasting, and financial business partnering with program teams, preparing monthly management accounts, variance reports, and consolidated financial reporting. I also implement and maintain financial controls for restricted funds, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations, while ensuring compliance and governance across financial operations, including government system reporting requirements.

Previously, as Senior Finance Officer at Right To Play, I reported to the CEO on financial planning, performance, and reporting. I strengthened internal controls for IFRS compliance, managed cash and bank transactions, and supported donor reporting while collaborating closely with program managers to monitor expenditures against organizational goals.
