I led a team of eight at My Analytics School to build MASight, an AI-powered recruitment intelligence platform that screened 1,000+ applicants and reduced manual evaluation effort by 99%.

I architected its multi-stage candidate scoring workflow with LLM APIs, NLP, LangGraph, Gmail, and Twilio APIs for profiling, evaluation, role-fit assessment, and outreach. I also built a Python ETL and document-intelligence pipeline using Pandas and LayoutLM to process 1,000+ resumes in under five hours.

At Finlatics, I performed EDA, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing on marketing datasets, producing reproducible analytics pipelines and KPI dashboards for campaign and ROI analysis.

My M.Tech thesis at IIT Kanpur applies machine learning to integrated seismic hazard assessment across 10,000+ events. I built models including a Random Forest susceptibility model with AUC of approximately 0.96, alongside credit-risk and insurance prediction pipelines delivering up to 92% recall and ROC-AUC of 0.91.
