What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or advise agri-food transformation and rural value-chain initiatives where I can strengthen cooperatives, improve food safety and quality systems, and build practical, sustainable processing models.

I've led dairy-sector aggregation and upstream agricultural development for COLAINORD and EXTRALAIT, managing a network of 90 collection centers, around 20,000 productive dairy cows, and collection volumes from 110,000 to 280,000 liters per day. I improve milk quality, support ONSSA approvals, develop cattle-feed formulas, and train producers, collectors, and technicians.

Today, I advise cooperatives and public agricultural programs across Morocco on dairy, couscous, fig, carob, olive oil, food transformation, and rural value-chain development. I build technical and economic diagnoses, business plans, HACCP and ISO 22000 systems, and practical capacity-building programs that help rural processing units strengthen quality, organization, and product value.
