What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply data-driven analysis to collections/recovery and business process improvement, build clear dashboards for leadership, and grow in a structured, integrity-focused finance environment.

I’m an Actuarial Science graduate with a strong, practical foundation in analyzing financial data and improving operational efficiency. I bring a detail-first mindset, the ability to communicate with empathy, and a commitment to precision and integrity in every task I take on.

In my current role at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, I support Collection & Loan and Asset Recovery business process development by analyzing bottlenecks, evaluating payment rates across collection channels, and refining debtor engagement rules for more targeted outcomes. I also build data visualizations and steering-committee presentations to support executive decision-making, while developing and reviewing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for system enhancements across deployed collection and recovery initiatives.

Before this, I completed an Adira Leadership Development Program in the Collection batch, where I studied branch challenges, delivered improvement recommendations based on field observations and data, and led a questionnaire project that resulted in multiple initiatives. I also gained digital banking exposure as a Digital Business Intern at PT Bank Jabar Banten Syariah and supported actuarial learning as a Laboratory Assistant using tools like Microsoft Excel and Python—experiences that sharpened how I structure problems, validate assumptions, and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
